4D Ministries is committed to respecting the privacy of our givers. We have developed this privacy policy to ensure our givers how we treat the personal data. 

Awareness.

4D Ministries provide this Giver Privacy Policy to make you aware of our privacy policy, and to inform you of the way your information is used. We also provide you with the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list, if you desire to do so.

Information collected.

Here are the types of giver information that we collect and maintain:

• Contact information: name, organization, complete address, phone number, email address
• Payment information: Billing information, credit card number, expiration date
• If you decide to designate your donation towards 4D Ministries partner ministries (further just partner), we share with partner your contribution and contact information to recognize your contribution by the partner, send you thank you letter, and updates about supported ministry. If you do not wish to share your contact information with partner, share with us your preference at Majka@4dministries.org
• Information concerning your relationship with 4D Ministries
• Information you wish to share: questions, comments, suggestions, prayer requests
• Your request to receive periodic updates; e.g., upon individual request or if you make a donation, we will send periodic communications related to specific fundraising appeals, prayer concerns, events, and newsletters. 

How information is used.

4D Ministries uses your information to understand your needs and provide you with better services and approaches. Specifically, we use your information to help you complete a donation request, to communicate back to you, and to update you on ministry happenings. Credit card numbers are used only for donation processing and are not retained for other purposes. We use the comments you offer to provide you with information requested, and we consider carefully each recommendation as to how we might improve communication. 

Sharing personal information.

4D Ministries will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information with a third party. 4D Ministries shares your contact information with partner ministries if you decide to donate towards a specific ministry. Our partners are forbidden by partner agreement to share, sell, rent, or lease your provided contact information and 4D Ministries oversee how your information is treated when shared with our partners. If you do not wish to share your contact information with partners, share with us your preference at Majka@4dministries.org. 

Removing your name from our communications.

It is not our desire to send unwanted communications to our givers. Please contact us if you wish to change your preferences or want to be removed from our communications list.
