In the Czech Republic, 4D partners with a number of ministries in an effort to equip the churches for ministry. Some of these ministries are:
Knowing God
website with its project leader, Marek, are connecting with seekers in one of the most atheistic countries in the world. They use their WhyJesus? webpage in order to connect seekers with volunteer e-coaches who guide them through a curriculum meant to introduce them to Jesus. The e-coaches then further connect them to a Bible study and/or a local congregation where they can continue to learn about Jesus and bond with other local believers, providing a great platform for follow-up. Honza and his team also develop other online courses to help Christians grow in their Christian walk, as well as having outreach courses and sites for new seekers.Majak Lighthouse
church planting and leader development, where Honza Heřmanský is now part of the leadership team. Maják is still serving Ukrainian refugees in the eastern part of the Czech Republic. In 2024, they plan to host a camp for 60 Ukrainian children. About 60-80% of them are from unchurched backgrounds.
New Churches Trust
Tomas Grulich and his team started a church plant in downtown Prague, seeking to reach a group of people that have been difficult to reach with the Gospel in Czech Republic – singles and young adults.
Dorost
We are partnering with Daniel Jokl and his nationwide ministry to bring the Summer camp program Ambassadors Together to the Czech Republic. All camps have year-round weekly or monthly follow-up clubs.
We are empowering Daniel to create resources for camp leaders to shape the next generation of Christians in the Czech Republic.
Via Comenia
Via Comenia is founded on the educational philosophy of J.A. Comenius, who believed that all people should be lifelong learners. A person should acquire not only new information but also understanding oneself to develop character and understand one’s environment to improve the world in which we live.
The fund provide financial support for people and places through programs and projects, utilizing education, according to the principles of John Amos Comenius in the areas of:
- Education of pupils, students, teachers, parents, and the public.
- Creation and organization of educational programs and activities for children, youth, and adults.
- Establishment and development of schools, educational institutions, and other organizations working with children and youth.
