What a blessed camp God gave us in the Carpathian Mountains! 64 kids, ages 9-13 came almost half of them non-Christians. What an wonderful outreach event! The seed was spread; pray that God will make it grow and bear fruits! It was a blessing to serve next to a STM team from Suburban Bible Church, Indiana. The theme of the camp was basked on 6 C’s: Creation, Corruption, Catastrophe, Confusion, Christ and Cross.
Important Bible themes have been presented in very creative and visual ways. God blessed us with great weather and his protection. The campfire, water games and paying at the river brought so much joy in kids hearts! Their testimonies at the end of the camp were impressive: “I have never been so happy”, “I made new friend and we are going to be best friends forever”. Strategic follow-up meting with the campers are scheduled every Saturday evening at church; the purpose is to help them integrate in our church.
